What’s been super helpful for me is having 1:1s with the leadership team. It helps me take a step back because the leaders have a wider lens on how I’ve been able to contribute to SUPA.

It’s been a really phenomenal way to start my industry experience. It’s a very friendly, very nice and soft landing pad where mistakes are allowed. A lot of learning is encouraged and you can just move forward at a steady brisk pace.
I have a lot of autonomy to do things and that’s important for a Product Manager – just being able to make calls for the product. Culture-wise, it’s very collegiate and people are nice. A lot of my colleagues feel like friends so work feels less like work.

Fully remote roles are available depending on the role you’re applying for. Please check the job description for this information. In general, we have a hybrid system of 3 remote/WFH days and 2 in-person office days.
We're currently located at Penthouse 16, Common Ground Damansara Heights – right next to Semantan MRT.
We encourage candidates to work on the feedback we've given them following an unsuccessful round of interviews with us. Our team will be happy to review a new application after six months.
